Terms and Conditions - fundamental notions

Said isso, Termos e Condições (“T&C”) are a set of legally binding terms defined by you, as the owner of this site. The T&C establishes the legal framework that governs the activities of two site visitors, or their clients, during their visit or interaction with this site. The intention of the T&C is to establish a legal relationship between the visitors of the site and you, or the owner of the site.

The T&C must be established according to the specific needs and nature of each site. For example, a site that offers products to customers involving electronic commerce transactions needs to have T&Cs that are different from the two T&Cs of a site that offers only information (such as a blog, a home page for directing others and the like).

T&C gives you, as the owner of the site, the possibility of protecting yourself against possible legal exposures. Therefore, it may differ from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, so seek local legal guidance if you intend to protect yourself from legal exposure.

Or what to include no T&C document

In general terms, the T&C customarily regulate the following questions: what can I use or site; possíveis forms of payment; a declaration that the owner of the site may alter its offers in the future; the types of guarantee that the owner of the site gives to its clients; a reference to questions of intellectual property or copyright, when relevant; or the direct right of the owner of the site to suspend or cancel at the expense of a member; and much more.
